TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
There is an hourly fee for each class attended with a minimum fee applicable. A discounted rate is offered if a pupil attends all the classes available to them and a sibling discount is available for families with 3 pupils or more. Please see our Receptionist for current rates and discounts. All fees are payable in advance on the first lesson of each month. An invoice will be produced for each pupil. Any fees outstanding after the first lesson of the month will incur a cumulative 10% interest charge. There will be no exceptions to this. Fees are payable irrespective of whether the pupil attends class or not, for whatever reason. Any fees unpaid by the third week of the month will result in lessons being withheld until full payment is received. One month's notice in advance is required if a pupil wishes to leave the school, otherwise full fees are payable. If at any point you are having difficulty paying fees it is imperative that you contact the Principal at the earliest opportunity.
All pupils are expected to wear full school uniform. Please see reception for a uniform order form. Photographs and written articles may be used for promotional, educational or instructional purposes. If you do not wish for your child's photographs to be used, you must inform the principal in writing when submitting the registration form.By enrolling your child into The Finch Stage School you accept the terms and conditions of the school.
